Acute Toxicity: Oral LD50 (mg/kg): 3783 in male rats and >5000 in female rats. Rabbit percutaneous LD50 >2000 mg/kg. Mild irritation to eyes, no irritation to skin. LC50 (4 hours) >5.18 mg/L in rats.
Chronic Toxicity: No neurotoxicity, no mutagenicity, and no reproductive effects observed in 13-week studies on rats, mice, and dogs.
Ecotoxicity: Safe for mountain quail, wild duck, and earthworms. Low impact on predatory insects like ladybugs and lacewings. Toxicity is high only when directly sprayed on bees, but significantly reduces once the solution dries on leaves.
