Silicone Foam Wound Dressing
Silicone Foam Dressing is composed of 3 layers which are waterproof and breathable polyurethane film, a highly absorbent polyurethane foam layer and a perforated wound contact layer coated with a soft silicone gel adhesive.
Surface: 0.022mm-0.028mm complexion polyurethane film.
Sub-surface: Superabsorbent fiber, weight ≥60g/m².
Third Layer: Nonwoven fabric gloss weight ≥30g/m².
Fourth Layer: PU foam, thickness 2.5mm-3.5mm, absorption ≥5 times original weight.
Fifth Layer: Silicone gel, Adhesive ≥100g/m².
Back: PE release film, thickness 0.045-0.055mm.
All finished dressings are clean, neatly cut, and free of burrs or pollution.
