Instruction of Use

Hold the bandage so that the start of the roll is facing up.

Hold the loose end of the bandage in place with one hand. Wrap the bandage in a circle twice around the area (e.g., foot) from outside to inside.

Pass the bandage around the limb and wrap it in upward circles. Stop wrapping just below the joint (e.g., knee).

Fasten the end to the rest of the bandage. Avoid using metal clips in skin folds or creases.
