Polyimide tape, also known as Kaptons tape, Goldfinger. The tape uses polyimide film as the substrate, coated with single-sided high-performance silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive. It features excellent high-temperature resistance and solvent resistance, with coating precision reaching ±2.5um. It is easy for punching and die-cutting processing.

1. Polyimide film carrier with high temperature resistance and good insulation.
2. Silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive, heat resistant up to 280ºC (long term) - 300ºC (short term).
