Q1 How can I get a quote for my components?
Please send us your 2D and 3D drawings (.STEP or .IGE files) and detailed requirements. Our engineering team will review them and provide a competitive quotation. We are happy to sign an NDA if required.
Q2 What is the lead time for tooling and samples?
The exact lead time depends on part specifications. Typically, it takes 30-45 days for tooling fabrication and samples. If tooling is not required, samples can usually be provided within 15 days.
Q3 How do you handle shipping for samples and orders?
Samples are normally shipped via DHL, UPS, or FedEx. Production orders are typically shipped by sea or air depending on your preference and urgency.
Q4 Can I get prototypes for testing before the tooling process?
Yes, our factory supports prototyping using machining processes to provide functional parts for your evaluation and testing before mold creation.
Q5 How is quality assurance managed?
Our team inspects all incoming materials. QC checks are performed during production and on finished products. We provide a Quality Inspection Report with your samples and production orders.
